Return Policy
We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

A damaged product is delivered, or

An incorrect size (different from the one ordered) is received
In all other situations, customers may opt for an exchange or receive an e-voucher with a validity of 1 year.
Returns and exchanges are processed free of charge when the product received is incorrect (wrong style or incomplete set), damaged, or of the wrong size. However, the company reserves the right to apply shipping charges in cases that require legal verification or investigation.
Please note that exchanges are allowed only for products of the same value.

For a return or exchange to be accepted:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

All original tags must be intact and returned
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders before the shipment is dispatched. Once cancelled, the full order value will be refunded.

Please note that partial order cancellations are not supported. The entire order must be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Once your return or cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5 business days.
The refunded amount is usually credited to your original payment method within 8–10 business days. The actual time taken may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or courier partners.
Mode of Refund

For online prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the same account or card used at checkout.
